Shaping PolicyCommunities in Southwest Washington face complex issues that increase inequity and the cost of healthcare and housing. HLC supports community health and equity by helping shape public and organizational policy.
We work at the local, state and federal levels. We also work with organizations and systems. Input from partners and community members is essential to our efforts.

Improving HealthComplex and constantly changing systems create barriers to good health. And those who rely on these systems are often left out of decision-making and design.
HLC brings together communities, organizations and other leaders to identify and remove barriers to health and equity. Through partnership and community input, we work to make lasting and meaningful changes.
