HLC executive director Kachina Inman and her family will be relocating to Eugene Oregon in June of 2019. Her husband was offered a wonderful opportunity with the University of Oregon.
We will miss Kachina. However, we are excited about this opportunity for her family. And we have six months to plan a smooth transition of the SWACH and HLC work.
Kachina’s leadership in the creation and evolution of HLC began in early 2014. Since then, HLC has shaped state and local policy, launched a network of community health workers and built strong ties with communities across the region.
Her vision for HLC’s future also led to the integration of HLC into the Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health (SWACH). Going forward, HLC will continue as a program of SWACH.
We are incredibly grateful for Kachina’s dedication and hard work. We look forward to continuing this important work with our HLC coalition members, partners and funders around the region.
