In partnership with Southwest Washington Behavioral Health, Lower Columbia College is offering Mental Health First Aid training for free until December 2015 or until the grant funds are expended (whichever comes first). This grant allows us to host training in Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties.Trainings are offered in two different formats; two – 4.5 hour days or one – 9 hour day (includes lunch). If you or your organization is interested in hosting a training please contact me to discuss format, date(s), and location. *Note that we have the ability to partner to offer more than one free training in each county before the end of the year; the cap is 25 for a single session or date.Attached is a copy of a MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID informationFlyer.
