Are you a peer worker who is passionate about sharing resources, ideas, and best practices? Do you want to support other peer workers across Southwest Washington? The Community Health Advocate and Peer Support Network (CHAPS) is looking for up to seven peer leaders to help guide the growing network.
CHAPS provides space for practicing community health workers, community health advocates, promotor/as de salud, community health representatives, lay health workers, peer supports, parent advocates, peer mental health counselors, etc. to come together to support communities.
This is an unpaid, volunteer position with an expected time commitment of 6 hours a month. If you are interested in being a part of the CHAPS Network Leadership Committee, please complete the application and send it to Andrea Lopez-Diaz at firstname.lastname@example.org by December 15th, 2016.
