SWACH-  Community Engagement Coordinator

This is a full-time position responsible for engaging stakeholders who represent and serve vulnerable and underserved populations in Clark, Skamania, and Klickitat counties. The Coordinator will support the development and implementation of a community engagement plan which will include attending and facilitating meetings, coordinating community listening sessions, and assessing opportunities for connection and partnership for SWACH and the Healthy Living Collaborative (a program of SWACH). Clark County Public Health Department – Public Health Communications Specialist/Senior

This position takes a lead role in developing the department’s communication plan in alignment with the agency’s multi-year strategic plan, and in developing effective communications strategies and materials for various programs within Public Health. Clark County Public Health Department – Community Health Specialist – Part-time, Project

This position is a limited duration project position expected to work up to a total of 12 months and approximately 24 hours/week. This position is responsible for gathering input and collaborating with community partners to inform the development and implementation of community-based public health policies and programs.  Interaction with socio-economic and culturally diverse populations and community organizational partners is a key component of work activities. Cowlitz County – Community Health Manager

The Community Health Manager reports to the Director/Deputy Director of the Health & Human Services Departments and assists with administration, supervision, program planning, and program evaluation of various integrated health and social service programs; oversees a variety of activities for collaborating with community partners in the development and implementation of community-based health policies, programs and projects; oversees non-clinical staff as well as clinical staff and monitors compliance with clinical protocols and standing orders; represents the department at meetings and functions at the local, regional and state level at the request of the Director/Deputy Director.  More information and job description.
